These sanitary pads from Imse Vimse are composed of two parts, an outer pocket and the absorbent pad.

The outer pad pocket is made of one layer of organic cotton and one of polyurethane laminated polyester to make it leakproof.
The pocket is designed with wings, which are secured in place under your panties with a snap fastener.
The pad, made of organic cotton is to be placed tri-folded into the outer pocket.
This two-part model allows to change pads as needed and to eventually place an additional pad when extra absorption is required.

The pads are thin, smooth and stay firmly in place, so you can feel confident and fresh!

Because cotton sanitary pads allow your skin to breath, women are less likely to get thrush infections and itching and/or fungal infections often become problems of the past.

Using cloth pads is not only good for you and your health, but also for the environment, and it saves you money as cloth pads can be reused for 5 years or more.

Washing recommendations
Wash once prior first use for best performance.
After every use, rinse your menstrual pads in cold water with a little salt or soap;
Machine wash hot at 60-90° C / 140 F and hang to dry.

Two or three sets are usually sufficient to go through a complete menstrual cycle, or less if you wish to wash more frequently.

Please note that sanitary pads are non-returnable, unless sealed in their original packaging, unused and unwashed.
