Shipping & Delivery: All instock orders are shipped within 1 or 2 business days of the order being placed or after payment is received. All orders are shipped by Macao Mail unless otherwise specified by customer.

Any information is treated as confidential and will not be sold to any external parties. Should you wish an insurance, please mention it in the comment section of your order.
Returns & Replacements: We do our best for you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. So should you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of the order receipt. Any item can be returned unless it is damaged, soiled or used. Refunds are usually made in the form of a store credit and calculated based on the price paid, after eventual discounts. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
