Training pants are baby’s first pants, to be pulled up and which a toddler will proudly put on himself.

Cloth trainer pants do not act as diapers and would not hold as much wee as diapers can - although the absorbency can be increased with a booster/doubler and with which some parents might feel more comfortable in the very first days of potty training.

These training pants from Imse Vimse are made of three layers of absorbent terry cotton and a layer of PUL (polyurethane-laminated polyester) to keep baby’s clothes dry and a soft elastic at the waist for a good fit.

The outer fabric, organic velour is made of Fox Fibre®, an exclusive cotton that is naturally coloured - which means it is not dyed but it grows that way.
This fabric is more durable than ordinary cotton and its natural colours darken when washed.

The American Indians have nurtured this colour-grown cotton from time immemorial. Since 1979, the American inventor Sally Fox has developed ecological and sustainable methods to grow the cotton on a larger scale. The result of her efforts is Fox Fibre®.

Fox Fibre® is perfect because of the softness of the fibre, it is chemical free and friendly to the environment. Fox Fibre® cotton is one of the kindest fabrics a baby can wear.

The result is a nice training pant to help toddlers with potty training, keeping the small accidents inside and allowing baby’ skin to breathe!

For older children and heavy wetters, the absorbency can be increased by adding one diaper booster or doubler.
Extra protection can also be gained by adding a diaper cover for nap-time or as needed.
